Hallo ihr Lieben,
Ich hoffe ihr hattet eine tolle Woche. Ich bin die letzen Tage immer wieder um die neuen Essence-Lacke geschlichen. Während der dm bei uns noch immer das "alte" Sortiment hat und von den neuen Lacken noch nichts in Sicht ist, hat unser Müller die Lacke schon seit etwas über einer Woche.
Die meisten Farben gefallen mir leider nicht so gut (oder ich habe sie schon), aber zwei Lacke habe ich mitgenommen.
Obwohl ich so viele Lacke habe (ich müsste sie dringend mal wieder zählen, bestimmt sind es mittlerweile über 900), habe ich noch kein schönes, helles Rosa. Das hat sich nun geändert und ich darf diesen hübschen Schatz mein Eigen nennen.

I hope you had a great week so far. I kept thinking about getting these new polishes from Essence since I first saw then at the drugstore. Our dm still has the 'old' collection, so I went to Müller. They had the new polishes for a little more than a week. I only got two of them, as I don't really like the other colours or own them already.
I know, I have lots of nail polishes (early 900, I guess - looks like I have to count them again). But I don't have any soft pink ones like this.
Der Lack ist von Essence und trägt den Namen 'millennial pink' mit der Nummer 04. Der Lack gefällt mir richtig gut. Die Farbe deckt ganz gut mit zwei dünnen Schichten, perfekte Deckkraft bekommt man aber erst mi drei dünnen Schichten. Sobald die Schichten etwas dicker lackiert sind, dauert es wirklich lange bis der Lack komplett durchgetrocknet ist - bei meine zwei dünnen Schichten ging es aber superfix. Ich habe zwei Schichten über meinem Unterlack lackiert und trage auf den Bildern keinen Überlack. Den Überlack habe ich erst nach meinem Stamping aufgetragen, aber das zeige ich euch dann in einem anderen Post.

If you're going for full opacity you should apply three thin coats. I find that if your coats are not thin enough it's taking ages for them to dry. As I used thin coats on most of my nails, I can say that it dries really quickly and glossy. In these pictures I'm wearing two coats and no top-coat. I have created a design on top but I'm planning to show you this in another post soon.
Kaum zu glauben, dass meine Nägel schon wieder so lang geworden sind. Seit ich nicht mehr im Buchhandel arbeite, wachsen sie viel besser und brechen mir nur noch selten ab. Trotzdem muss ich sie jetzt langsam mal wieder kürzen, sonst wird das Tippen auf der Tastatur nur immer schwieriger😅

My nails have grown so much since I don't work in the bookshop anymore. Also, they break hardly ever, which is great. Still, I have to file them down a little bit as it is getting harder for me to use my keyboard at work. 😅
